When performing anaerobic exercise, there is a function that registers the posture with the camera in advance and counts the number of motions during exercise.
You can register up to three postures from one division action (during holding exercise).
Exercise types can be divided into upper body, lower body, and whole body exercises and registered, and you can create and use personal routine exercises by combining the registered exercises as desired.For aerobic exercise, there is a general run tracking function and a reference point comparison run function.
The general running tracking function provides information such as the average time required per 1 km, the total distance traveled, and the total distance traveled per minute when performing a running exercise.
The reference point comparison running function allows you to compare the total distance traveled per minute while performing a running exercise based on the users running records recorded through the general running tracking function.
The comparison results are announced during the exercise every minute.Saved exercise records can be checked in the form of a calendar.
